Who got in here last year

GEN allottees landed between 30,921 (R1) and 34,550 (final) — a band 3,629 ranks wide
OBC allottees landed between 32,836 (R1) and 42,132 (final) — a band 9,296 ranks wide
EWS allottees landed between 36,395 (R1) and 36,518 (final) — a band 123 ranks wide
SC allottees landed between 1,37,850 (R1) and 1,59,232 (final) — a band 21,382 ranks wide
ST allottees landed between 1,99,957 (R1) and 2,34,437 (final) — a band 34,480 ranks wide

One “cutoff” hides this: the college admitted across the whole band as rounds ran. If your rank sits inside a band, the round you're in decides it.

Service bond

Bond payable at admission — loan available, or ₹25.77 L penalty. Haryana's model: the state facilitates a loan for the bond amount, and repays the instalments itself for as long as you serve in its public health institutions after graduating. No government job means you repay the loan. Read the policy before counting on either path.

Source says: NOT a classic service bond: the bond amount is payable at admission to a government college (a state-facilitated LOAN is available for it), and if the graduate takes employment in a Haryana public health institution the STATE repays the loan instalments while they serve; no government job = the student repays the loan. Exact current amounts are set by Annexure-V of the notification dated 09.06.2023 - the Rs 25.77L/23.19L figures held here are the aggregator's summary of that table, pending the annexure itself.

State-level figure, not confirmed against this college's own bond order. A bond can be the largest number in the decision — confirm it in writing before accepting a seat.

Scholarships that apply here

Haryana's Post-Matric scholarship (SC/ST/OBC) covers tuition for eligible incomes — at a government college that can mean most of the fee. Central Sector adds ₹12,000 a year for board toppers in the income band.

Before you rank it

  • Category certificates differ by route: central OBC-NCL format for MCC's AIQ, the state's own format for state counselling. One certificate rarely serves both.
  • This seat can carry a service bond — read it as part of the price, not fine print.
  • Reporting is in person with originals — no proxy. Keep a signed receipt for every document handed over.

What the numbers can't tell you — ask a senior

Five questions worth one phone call before this college goes high on your list. Current students answer these honestly; brochures don't.

  • Hostel realityrooms per student, mess quality, and whether first-years actually get a seat or hunt for PGs.
  • Patient loadclinical exposure is the education. A packed OPD teaches more than a famous name with an empty ward.
  • Internship stipendthe sanctioned amount and whether it is actually paid on time. Amounts differ by state and college type.
  • Bond enforcement — is the service bond genuinely enforced here, and how are postings allotted? Seniors know the practice, not just the order.
  • Faculty presence — vacancies in key departments show up in NMC inspection reports and in seniors' complaints long before rankings move.
